How long do you serve for?
Our pricing includes a service window of 2 hours ###
We arrive 40 min prior to your service window. For ex, if your service time is 5-7pm, we will arrive at 4:20pm.
How long does it take to serve everyone? For parties of 100 or less, it takes on average 1 hour to serve everyone if they all show up at once. For parties of up to 200, it will take aproximately 2 hours. For parties of 250+, we will include an additional service hour for free. Each customer should receive their food hot within 5-7 minutes.
We want to taste test your food, where/how can we find you?** Follow us on Instagram and our website to find out where we are during business hours. You can also text or call us. If you can't taste test prior to your event, don't worry. There is a reason we grew from aunties humble kitchen to a food truck in less then 3 months! We have had many customers book us without even trying the food.
Do you supply plates, utensils, and napkins? A table to put them on?** Yes! We supply paper plates, utensils, and napkins.
What if we order for 100 but 110 people show up? Or vice versa?** We will have around 10% additional servings above what you booked. For example, if you booked for 100 servings, we’ll have about 10 extra servings. Any overage amount we will add to the final invoice. If you feel that people would order more and/or significantly more people will come, then we recommend ordering as close to what you’re comfortable paying for. If on the other hand less people show up, your guests may come back for seconds and/or pack them up to go.
If you book for 60, but there are 100 people, we will run out food. Thus it’s best to book ahead of time with your best RSVP estimate.
Can we change our headcount before the event? You may increase your headcount up to 3 days prior to your event. You may decrease your headcount no later than 2 weeks prior to your event, due to prior staff scheduling and food purchase preparations. Any additional servings we are happy to welcome your guests back for more and/or pack the food to go.
So we’re ready to book you guys, how do we secure our date?**
As we receive catering inquiries on a daily basis, we do get booked by whoever is ready to pay their half payment deposit first. If you inquired about a specific date but another customer contacted us after and paid the deposit, they ultimately secured the date We’ll do our best to inform you if we receive another inquiry for your requested date, but it is difficult as we do receive multiple inquries and do not have the capacity to stay up to date with such information. We suggest you pay your deposit as soon as you’re comfortable! We accept cash, credit/debit card, personal checks or Venmo payment. Deposit must be paid with credit/debit card but we can refund you if you prefer cash on day of event.
What is your cancellation policy?**
-Less than 30 days from event – no refund. We deny other catering opportunities when we confirm your event. It makes it very difficult to book less then 30 days in advance.
-31-60 days from event – 50% of deposit
-More then 60 days from event – 100%of deposit
